  • NHS Live Well contains information about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including advice about diet, exercise, sleep and mental health. 
  • Mental Health Foundation contains information from the mental Health Foundation to support mental wellbeing
  • MIND the mental health charity
  • Samaritans advice and information about The Samaritans includes an NHS hotline to support NHS staff during COVID-19.
